Synergy Mist can be used daily, morning and night, and throughout the day as needed. Truthful Serum is suitable for daily use. Life Balm can also be used daily - just a small amount goes a long way. Bonafide Scrub is best used 2–3 times per week, or less frequently for sensitive skin. Consistency and moderation will give the best results.
