Ariana's journey into holistic wellness began during her college years, igniting what would become a lifelong dedication to understanding the body's remarkable potential. A graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2013, she became a certified health coach while traveling internationally on tour with a world renowned band.
Driven by an insatiable curiosity, she immersed herself in the study of esoteric modalities and methods for optimizing mind, body, and soul. She became an advanced kambo practitioner, mastering powerful detoxification techniques. A pivotal moment came in 2018 when she discovered ozone therapy, leading her to become a practitioner deeply versed in its transformative properties and developing a profound understanding of how internal cleansing manifests as external radiance.
What began as a modest experiment—offering hand-crafted ozonated oils from her home—quickly revealed an overwhelming demand for innovative, nature-inspired skincare solutions. This organic growth and the remarkable results her clients experienced led to the creation of Subtle Bodies, a brand that marries cutting-edge science with nature's intelligence.
